We needed a plot for corn away from the sweet corn being grown at our Fall City garden. This plot was nothing but weeds, so we resorted to roto-tilling.

We shelled some ears by hand because we didn't have another way. Though the ground corn meal wasn't as colorful, it tasted really great!
