Irrigation control
A simple, timer-based control. There was no permanent water connection. I connect a hose to the manifold when I want to water.

Emitter with controlled flow rate

WSU provides this tool at http://weather.wsu.edu/ism/index.php?m=1 Using my understanding of the many parameters resulted in over-watering, but I expect to fine-tune it next season.
