Storing vegetables
Root cellar
We have a root cellar in the crawl space of our house where we can keep suitable vegetables cool and dry, but with some humidity.
Limited items
So far we don't have a lot to store here. But we'll plant for it in the future.
2015 crops
Our potatoes and storage onions are plentiful in the root cellar.
