I’m sharing the garden space with my friend Dale, who had his part plowed. My part is on the right, where I have used plastic mulches to slow down weeds, then weeding the areas and transplanting seedlings. I left the low tents and the hoop house during the winter (just a few damages from wind) but the all stayed in place, thanks to the ground anchors I had set. I spared the dahlias from freezing with a covering of straw and now they are beginning to peek through.
